All I know is that I can't have any pop after 6:00 or I can't go to sleep. Also, Sunday night/Monday mornings are always tough cause I've slept in late Sunday morning.
Addition: I've also noticed that I am less tired if i wake up earlier. I'd be more sleepy during the day if I awoke at 9:00 than at 6:00. I supposed this is due to the fact that my body has had more time to come online.
But on another note, I'd be less tired if I pulled an all nighter than if I slept for two or three hours.
