I'm not a huge soymilk fan. I won't drink the plain stuff straight, but I will cook with it. Some vanillas and chocolates (yum!) are good. Chocolate, I can drink straight. Vanilla, I like to use in cereal. Plain and vanilla work well in chai, cocoa, etc. For those who really can't deal with straight soymilk, Eden makes EdenBlend which is a mix of soymilk and rice milk - it really knocks out the odd soy flavour.
