Anyway - on that note - BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TAKE INFORMATION FROM! And that's on any subject. Many sites will say one thing and others will say the opposite (wow leads back to History - the purpose of a source!) If a site wants to sell ephedra it will manipulate information to make it sound wonderful!! NOTE THIS!!!!!!
In short - I'd say they ain't worth it!
If you really want to lose weight, go to a dietician or nutritionist! I don't know if you guys have the same kind of thing over in the states (???). They will work with you to devise an eating and exercise plan completely moulded to fit your lifestyle!
