Some people tell me that they only sleep for a few hours a night, personally I can't imagine living like this - I like to get about 10 hours when possible, but everyone's different. There's still a lot we don't know about sleep, but you sound like you're still living a healthy lifestyle and are in good health already. Perhaps you just find it hard to wake up, I know I do, that's the worst part!
