I agree, the whole blocking is fishy. Last night on the news, a person in the telemarketing industry was whining how it'll hurt business and ruin the economy. Whatever. Luckly, I haven't been pestered with calls and most cases it's a non-profit org., which doesn't bother me. The thing that gets me, is why they make bills to benefit us, then retract them. What's the point then?
