I let a guy cum inside. I'm on the pill AND I'm nursing. Haven't even had a full fledged cycle even with the pills since my daughter was born. I'm on a high dose of estrogen because otherwise I can't control my headaches and some other things. Also (sorry if this is graphic) having had a C-section and knowing that the Dr actually pulled my uterus out of my belly and turned it over makes me suspect possible scarring and tissue damage of the fallopian tubes. I've known more than one woman in my family who had that sort of thing and was unable to get pregnant again even when they tried. So the combination of things makes me confident enough not to worry about it. NOW if there is any suspicion of disease then I may ask the guy to wear a condom but that's another story - not related to risk of pregnancy.
Oh and also I'm allergic to latex so it's only poly for me anyway. Kinda sucks
