Pretty much everyone is saying it wont be out on the 30th.
Valve can be done with the game by the 30th for sure, but that doesnt mean a thing if the Publisher does not want to put it out yet.
As for me, I'm a big HL fan waiting anxiously for HL2, I will wait for 9 / 30 and see what happens.
