Hmmm... I'll try to come up with a list off the top of my head, but I'm sure I'll miss a few good ones. And for cryin' out loud people, tell us what movie they were in. Not everyone knows all these.

Some of these may have originated in books, but I'll put them on here anyway. Here they are, in no particular order.

1) Tyler Durden (Fight Club)
2) R. P. McMurphy (One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest)
3) HAL 9000 (2001: A Space Odyssey)
4) Darth Vader (Star Wars)
6) Henry Hill (Goodfellas)
7) Travis Bickle (Taxi Driver)
8) Indiana Jones (Raiders of the Lost Ark)
9) Rocky Balboa (Rocky)
10) Hannibal Lecter (Silence of the Lambs)
11) Jules Winnfield (Pulp Fiction)

I would add Tony Soprano (The Sopranos) to the list, but I think he's out of the running.
