"The houdini" - start from behind, and when you're ready to bust (or blow, or whatever), pull out, grunt groan or whatever you do, and quietly spit on her back (without actaully blowing your load, and so she thinks you nutted all over her back) and then when she turns around to smile and congratulate you for a job well done, blow your wad right in her face. Say SURPRISE or ABRACADABRA or something.
