Short of what i8one2 suggests - encouraging her to use her talents - there's not much you can do. You can tell her scary stories about middle-aged people living with regrets, but scary stories rarely work. Is it that she doesn't know what she wants to do with her life, or that this IS what she wants to do with her life? Find out what her dreams are and help her see a way to realize them.
