I can relate to the taller issue - she 5'6" me 6'5". I'm not about to pile up that many textbooks!
Honestly, have never had problems w/ the wobbly legs (commuting 20 kms a day by bicycle helps that). However she did get nervous when still coupled and standing I walked us to a different room to get to the bed (lesson - don't do things that make her nervous during sex)
Doing doggy works with her kneeling on a tall bed/chair (but then I'm the only one standing)
