When I get married I don't want to spend a fortune on the wedding and be in debt for years to come. I'd rather save some money and gather a down payment for a house. I think that with a smaller budget it's still possible to have the ceremony and the reception done tastefully... I just don't think it's necessary to go overboard. However I would def like to have a honeymoon somewhere tropical

I'd also like it to be more of a small intimate wedding with only good friends and family... why have people there who you hardly know and rarely talk to.
