Get some big jars with lids about the size of your palm. Fill each part way with water. Hold each with your fingers spread around the circumference of the lid, with fingers bent. Now just hold onto them until your hands tire out. You can hold them straight out from you, with your arms parallel to the floor. You can also move around and move your arms while you hold them. You can strengthen your legs and sit in a low stance while you hold the jars. Just don't let go until you can't hold on any more - only takes a few minutes.
Do that every day.
Once it gets easy, add more water. Once it's full, start adding
sand to the jars. Once it's full of sand, add gravel, then metal shot.
