msd hit that nail on the head... we are, by no means, to be used as a solid reference for anything more than social reasearch. i don't think it's really in our interests to start a "recruiting" program to help fill in the ranks, so to speak. each of our members are abeautiful and unique snowflake, and each has their own method of contribution, but it seems a little forced if we bring in a doctor simply for that purpose. it wouldn't be fair to them, they'd be talking shop on their free time, and noone should have to do that unless they do so of their own free will. if someone volunteers, great, but we have no expectations of our membership beyon being positive, contributing members, whatever that means to each individual.
