well, technically, they HAVE done better than that the last decade or so. 4 AFC championship appearances and one Super Bowl trip. but as long as Bill "Slobberchin" Cowher is coaching the Black & Gold, I fear that you are right. One (maybe two) and done is our usual playoff expectation.
