I highly recommend having an enema before trying it, or you'll get an unexpected/unwanted surprise! I do have it happen occasionally during intercourse, but I have to be *certain* that my ass is clear, or I'm just too uncomfortable to try. Having it happen during intercourse, though, is particularly powerful.
