I agree with micah67. It's just math, and you're helping each other.
If it all goes somewhere you're uncomfortable with -- and odds are, not -- you always have the power to say "no."
But don't turn down a meet with her just because it _might_ turn into something uncomfortable. That's the kind of thinking that leads to a very uneventful and unadventurous life.
