That, and all that settlement money, where exactly is it going to? Oh.. oh yeah, OF COURSE! Who would have thought it to be so simple?!?!?

No really tho, it is simple, all that money goes to the RIAA's pockets, but NOT to the Artists (to whom they say they are trying to protect)

So once again the Artists are getting NOTHING out of it, only now people will find their songs even less often than before. RIAA? Instead of getin X% of the CD's worth they get 100%... I'm trying to catch the fairness/legality here..
