Ok. Your wife should go for a blood test which will test her testosterone levels (no kidding). Having a low value can lead to low sex-drive among other things.
Changing to an oral b.c. pill with a more balanced hormonal mixture should help - your GP will be able to help in this domain.
This is a frequent and as frequently overlooked problem.
