workplace pet-peeves.
I just hate people who don't know proper phine etiquette.
Like people who just put me on hold WITHOUT asking at all. I work in a call center, and I normally talk to branch reps in our bank branches...
Also I hate people who don't understand english usage.
Inputted... it don't look good...
Plus people who call in on speakerphone... then they don't hear when we answer and then all of a sudden you hear a phone pickup and "Hello?"
