I don't use PocketPC so I can't directy answer your question, but...
The last I read, you can sync using the cradle or Bluetooth. I wasn't aware of a means to sync using Wi-Fi. You can access the 'net and your LAN using Wi-Fi, but that's all.
But I may be wrong...
