ActiveSync over network
Hey folks
I have an iPaq 2210 along with a D-Link CF WiFi card. I would like to synchronize via the network card but as of yet have been unable to select it as a device in ActiveSync (3.7). Comments?

I don't use PocketPC so I can't directy answer your question, but...
The last I read, you can sync using the cradle or Bluetooth. I wasn't aware of a means to sync using Wi-Fi. You can access the 'net and your LAN using Wi-Fi, but that's all. But I may be wrong...

You can activesync via network,
install the netcard in the PPC , get it all working, cradle it and sync it with the host pc via cradle, go into the settings, set network as once of the options to sync on, and uncradle it, in the settings on the ppc the name or ip address of the (PC)machine running activesync should appear. dont do the initial sync while cradled as a guest though, do a full partner sync ActiveSync is garbage though, so it might take some fiddling around. |

Nope. Still nothing. The network interface just does not appear in the activesync options on the PPC.
Ah well, it was just something to toy with.
