That does suck. Similiar thing here. They posted for these four guys who left including one upper level position that I've applied for. But they haven't weeded through the resumes yet three weeks after the posting closing date. Meanwhile the four guys on my support team are completely overloaded. Geez at this point I don't care if I get the higher level position just get us more help.
