I work at a company on a service team... but Im employed through temp services.

I posted for a job full-time direct with the company... the interviewed, made a decision. Biut they're not telling me yes or no until AT LEAST next week, could be longer.

I HATE this! My supervisor, (one of two who I interviewed with) is sitting my team-lead and they were talking and looking suspiciously in my direction while I was on the phone.

This is a very profesisonal environment, so it would be something business-related. Like I was doing something WRONG and they decided to FIRE me.

I think I am just being WAY too paranoid. This job would mean a world of a difference for my wife, myself, and my son.

That does suck. Similiar thing here. They posted for these four guys who left including one upper level position that I've applied for. But they haven't weeded through the resumes yet three weeks after the posting closing date. Meanwhile the four guys on my support team are completely overloaded. Geez at this point I don't care if I get the higher level position just get us more help.

Man, that's tough!

I'd try to put myself past that and concentrate on the task at hand. Make sure that whichever way it goes, you can say you did your job right.

There's probably nothing you can do to influence any descision, other by confirming it. So do your job, be professional, and forget about it.

It takes strength, I know, but I hope you can muster it!
