i, as well, always wipe. The smell, dingleberries, brown water at your feel, and the sheer conscience of it is enough for me to wipe.
BUT CONSIDER THIS QUESTION! after you wipe, do you flush? It will take the cold water and scold you... so do you wait till your shower is over to flush?
