Ten pounds in a month; the only way you're gaining that is if it's mostly fat. You're not telling us much; the only reason I can see for this is that you're applying for some job or program that requires you to be at a certain weight.
Well, you're going to have to eat, and lafemmefatale has given you a pretty good idea of what you'll have to do. I have two things to add:
* Eat a lot of ice cream; it's high cal, breaks down easily in the stomach, and the fat and sugar it contains are easily absorbed.
*Drink all the sugared soft drinks that you can. I read about this: soft drinks contain 150-250 calories each per 12oz, _but they don't affect your appetite._ I don't remember why, probably because they're mainly sugar and your body doesn't have to spend any resources on breaking it down. So if you have three cokes before dinner and three with it, that's an extra 700-1000 calories right there that you won't even feel. Why do you think so many teenagers have trouble with weight? ("I only had a coke.")
Mind you, by the time this is over you'll feel like total crap, you won't like the way you look, and you'll never want food again. Hope it's worth it.
