I dunno anything about soy milk, but since regular milk recently started giving me problems, I started looking for an alternative. I started drinking Dairy Ease... it tastes enough like milk to satisfy me, the price is around the same as regular milk, and it's lactose free...
Try it sometime...I was suprised.
