Did chicken alot on one when one of my roommates had it; come home from 8 hours of writing code, toss a chicken breast on the foreman, fix some of the instant-add-water-and-milk pasta alfredo, dump a few spices in it, then just dump the chicken into the mix for instant chicken alfredo, only took about 10 minutes to cook (just enough time to get a good start on a cold beer). From what I saw you can make just about anything though, saw my roommates occasionally make grilled cheese on it (though the cheese tends to run out one side and make a mess if you don't pay attention)
