I find that if i get a good nights sleep (around 8 hours). Too much or too little can affect my memory. Then if i stick to a good diet it helps too. Carbs are brain food, but make sure you dont over do the carb thing or you will get fat....unless you are very active. But complex carbs are good, in moderation.

Not sure of any over the counter or herbal remedies caue i have never tried them.
