It's a bit strange to have hands down your pants, but not to kiss, but some people just have silly little rules. Don't worry until they tell you 'no spanking with utensils until the 7th date' or 'no ritual slaughtering of chickens until you meet my parents' - if one of those comes, back away slowly.
