Take a more balanced approach and you'll realize better gains. As Ducati said, if brusquely, you should look into your jets, and examine your air filter as well. I'm not up on Seca II's, but if you have some wierd airbox choking off air intake, replacing that will help too. You have to have all three balanced though.
As to the "better bike" comment. Ride what you have, so long as you enjoy it. Too many motorcycle elitists out there.
