Also, to add to the topic of this post. Why would you want fast weight gain? Any fast weight gain is going to be unhealthy weight AKA just Fat and Water. Gaining muscle bulk takes time just like losing fat does. Eat clean, dont listen to these guys telling you to overload on carbs and no cardio, these guys are either uninformed or just fat and THINK they are muscular. Eat more calories then your BMR is and any carbs you consume, make sure they are all quality carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, etc. Also, make sure you're getting in some high quality fats too. Load up on that protein!! At least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.
