To add to the link above. I am 5'9 210 (I've put on about 15 lbs from NOS in a few months and you keep the gains even when you stop unlike creatine which just bloats you with water. You definitely need a lot of carbs a day like many people have said. You should cosume 3-4 times your body weight in grams of carbs and consume your body weight in grams of protein.
