Try cutting the hair with an electric clipper to its lowest level i.e with the number 1 attachment. Then use a nice shaving foam, I personally like the Nivea sensitive range, then shave with the hairs .. very important ... have a shower .. then reapply the foam and now shave against the grain if you desire a very close smooth shave. Use a moistureiser every day for the first 3-5 days after and you should notice a difference. Good lucj and let us know how it goes.
