I agree with Mesphisto to a certain extent but sharing MP3's can be a good thing, produces publicity, however when this opportunity falls into the wrong hands ie those who have no intention of spending money beyong their internet connection and blank CD's it becomes a terrible thing.
I've downloaded quite a few MP3's and Movies in my time but most of these illegal downloads have built my collection of more than 1000 CD's and more than 300 DVD's and a little less than 100 VHS tapes, and I have spent god knows how many thousands of dollars on merchandise. I'm a great example of fil-sharing gone right.
A growing majority of people however abuse this priviledge.
The chances are no-one will read my post so I'll take this time to say something no-one will read BIGIDA BOOGADA BEE BEE BOM LOMNODON!!
