I'm a 31 y/o male, 6' and weigh 10 1/2 stone (147 lbs) I work in a manual environment (building laborer) and don't have time or the energy to go to the gym after doing a 13 hour shift. Money is also tight so I can't afford the weight gain powders which all seem to be quite expensive. I have tried eating more chicken, fish, potatoes and about 5 pints of milk a day but just cannot seem to put on any weight at all. I've had to accept I have a high metabolism, and just hope it slows down a bit. SOON!
