Work of RIAA ?
let's say i'm trying to download a song that i can LEGALLY download (no copyrights) from kazaa and when i play it, i get this garbled up noise and then some music and then the annoying high pitched garbled up part again and so on.
so, i'm wondering if the RIAA did this (lord knows why they would wanna screw up non-riaa music :-( ) or if my damn isp did this (i'm on a university).
i've downloaded from kazaa and other p2p from my home and never had this problem.
plz help!
