I was walking in front of Port Authority in NYC and I saw this paper glued to the wall. I took it down because it was a bit odd sitting there on the POST NO BILLS sign.
It has two eyes looking to the right, and the words.
YOUR TV IS WATCHING YOU!
Even turned off.

I have no idea what to make of it since it doesn't look like performance art, tag, or anything like I've seen before.
