depends on what you are looking for, but i heard that if you are looking for copywrited music and movies there are a couple of places you can get the files you need..
like Best Buy, HMV, Circuit City, WalMart, Tower Records, Virgin Megastore..

I hear they are much faster than Kazaa and you dont have to worry about mislabeled files or anything like that..
