Nash can definitely score. I remember some report saying that Coach Nelly told Nash that he has to step-it-up more. I think Nash LIKES to assist more than score, but with Van Excel gone, Nash needs to be able to take it to the hole. If not, then their opponents could drop back and just guard Nowviski or Finley. Personally, I think Finley isn't good or dependable. Maybe it was that he sucked the games I saw him play. But I know he's an important part of the Mavs. Man, I LIKED Van Excel. He was cool to watch, and he was never afraid to score.
