If your budget is as high as 135 bucks, there is cards out there way better then a 9000 pro. Not to mention, 135 bucks for that card is waaaay to much. Pricewatch has it listed for 59 dollars.
135 bucks you could get a 256meg GeforceFX 5200. 104$ now actully. Fx5600 256meg for 139. the 128meg for 122.
Best value for performence IMO right now. Check out pricewatch.com. They have much better prices then that.
