Anyone know the difference between:
ATI Radeon 9000 pro 64MB ddr @ $135 Sapphire Radeon 9000 64 MB ddr @ $72 PowerColor Radeon 9200SE 128 MB ddr @ $82 Prices from http://www.canadacomputers.com/video.html#gra I'm looking for a budget vid card that will still perform well on games such as Unreal Tournament 2003, Grand Tourismo....etc. |

If your budget is as high as 135 bucks, there is cards out there way better then a 9000 pro. Not to mention, 135 bucks for that card is waaaay to much. Pricewatch has it listed for 59 dollars.
135 bucks you could get a 256meg GeforceFX 5200. 104$ now actully. Fx5600 256meg for 139. the 128meg for 122. Best value for performence IMO right now. Check out pricewatch.com. They have much better prices then that. |

I found ATI 9600 Pro's on Pricewatch from $135 to $150. That's what I would get. I have a 9500 Pro and love it. A 9600 Pro is just a bit slower that a 9500 Pro. But both are great middle of the pack cards (both are 128 MB). I think the 9000 Pro is just an 8500. The lower end nVidia FX cards are dogs. Good luck.
