Romero is the best of the best. I am a huge zombie movie/book fan, and I noticed your avatar earlier (the star zombie from Day of the Dead
). The slow moving zombies are a lot more scary to me.
Troublebot, did you hear the news that they are already filming the remake of Dawn of the Dead? I'm not sure if I like that they are remaking that film, being that it was already perfect. Hopefully I wont be dissapointed. Another rumor is that Romero already has the 4th dead movie ready to go, but is finding it hard to get the funds to make it. They even said the movie will most likely be called Twighlight of the Dead. The story is supposed to take place way in the future of the dead series, where the zombies wander the streets sorta like street bums and the people have gotten used to their presence. That is pretty much all I heard about it.
*Edit: Return of the Living Dead is a classic film too, but it is definately in a class far below the Romero Trilogy (Night, Dawn, Day).
