Nah. They've decided that the 2004 offseason is not going to be their time to make a splash, and they're going for 2005.
It's actually not a bad rebuilding concept; with all of the sunk costs they've got now, the Warriors have the choice of A) jettisoning EVERYTHING, and starting with very few bad contracts or B) trying to tread water by giving max contracts out and not having the financial flexibility to actually get the players who will get them to the playoffs.
Although either way, as Halx said, the fans get screwed.
