When I get nervous, I get the jitters. Basically, my job entails doing precise work at a high speed. I'm starting to get over it the more I preform the task, but it is still quite bothersome because I end up doing stupid shit, such as knocking over things. It gets even worse when there is another person in the room overlooking me doing said task.
My main problem lies in the fact that my hands shake a TON when I'm nervous. Does anyone have any tips to help stop these? It's kind of embarrasing, which just leads to more shakes.
