I think that if it feels differently/better for a girl to get eaten by somebody with a tongue piercing (i know this from personal experience), then it should feel differently, possibly better, for guys to get head like that too. There's lots of ways to change it up... like getting a tickler head, a vibrating ball, etc.
It takes a while to get used to moving your tongue once you have a piece of metal in it.
