I can understand why you get so upset... I think, that if you can see the future it is for a reason, you can change it and are ment to... maybe you were shown the death of your son so you had a chance, maybe if the future had have played out you could have been begging for a chance to change the past. Don't worry about changing the future and something bad happening as a consequence because you wouldn't have been shown otherwise
