Not sure if this should go here, as I'm looking more for a method rather than a recipe. I'm wanting to make my own dried stuffing, like stove top, only without the 10 year shelf life. Just something I could keep in the freezer for a month or so, without all those yucky 'celery' bits.
*edit: Most fresh stuffing recipes can be assembled and stored ahead of time. Also, making one now and then freezing it in portions for a short amount of time can be done as well. Some recipes for different kinds of stuffing can be found at Different Kinds of Stuffing. Please post any additional information in this thread.
