The best thing for you to do is talk to a board-certified plastic surgeon about what the best option for you is. You can ask opinions here all you want, and we can talk about self-esteem and all the things that come with the size of our breasts, but if you're going to have the surgery it is of vital importance that you know what the possible consequences are, because implants mean putting a foreign object in your body and not everyone can tolerate that. The surgery will be expensive and your health insurance won't cover it (we had enough problems getting my reduction covered, and I needed that for medical reasons!), but cost is just one of many factors you'll have to consider. Talk to a plastic surgeon before you do anything else, and go from there. If your breast size fluctuates a lot, you might not be a good candidate for implants, but I can't be sure.
