See, here's the thing. Clinton was a civillian. Bush was active-duty military. His transfer wasn't OKed, so he was AWOL. He was AWOL for more than 30 days...guess what they call -this-?
DESERTION.
That's right, Shrub is a DESERTER. Among all those other things, which are simply a matter of public record.
